I'm grateful for: having survived thus far; absolutely nothing I have to do for at least two days; poppy-seed rolls.

I'm home. I lived. WE lived. Ugh.

Not only did we successfully manage the passport renewals, I actually went out later and did some grocery shopping. Stupid.

Needless to say, it ain't pretty here, now. But, we do have food.
