I understand your troubles with @mex; my daughter has similar problems. It seems to me that they are hiring independent callers to make their "requests" these days, and those callers will say *anything.* They're probably on commission, and none of them understand that you can't get blood from a stone. *** I had a request from @mex asking why I don't use my card as often as I did. I told them that I was highly dissatisfied with the way their "customer service" had treated people I know and that I certainly expected better from a company like that. No answer, of course; what could they say?
